Binary oppositions are conflicts between the main characters in television dramas, these are usually just people that "get along" because they have to.
Sub Genres of Tv dramas are; Crime Drama, Medical Drama, Sci-Fi Drama, Costume Drama, Action Drama, Comedy Drama, and Political Drama. Annimations could also be included but most of the time aren't.

In a medical Drama you expect to see blood, Stethoscopes, and blood packs.
In a Crime Drama you maybe see Murder, Guns, Blood, Bullets, a Police Station and such.
